Lester Park Special Event Discussion

Have input on what kinds of events you’d like to see at the park? Are you ready to help make them happen? Then read on for some great news!

We are thankful to Ashley from Ogden City’s Special Events department for organizing a discussion at the park today regarding getting permits for gatherings there. If you’re interested in helping organize events at the park (like a small produce-only Farmer’s Market) or more casual gatherings (like a neighborhood picnic night), come to discuss how to simplify the permit process. Many believe neighbors should be able to use the park without so many hoops to jump through, so hopefully we can find some solutions and understand the permit process better.
