You-Can-Do-It Signs!

Last summer I ended up in Ephraim and saw something I really liked – encouraging signs in many of the front yards. They were gentle reminders as I drove through the town that we all matter and sent a peaceful, positive vibe. Naturally, I Googled it and then came across this article: https://sanpetemessenger.com/its-all-about-kindness/ It was such a simple thing, yet it made a difference so I’ve been thinking about them all year and wanting to recreate that experience. I think our O-town could use some of that same positivity in sign form.

How about you?

Would you have a lawn sign in your front yard if it was given to you? If I can get 40 households interested, I can get them for $12.50 a piece at Stone Mountain Press and (possibly) have them purchased through a grant. Or if anyone wants to sponsor them, that would be greatly appreciated! Maybe we could have the sponsor logo on the sign somewhere? For now, comment on any sign you’d be open to having on your front lawn. That will help me know what styles or phrases folks are drawn to. Let’s create a neighborhood that can help us all thrive!
